What we’ve built.
Not a slide deck. Every project below is live and you can open it right now — client sites, multiplayer games, and the systems underneath them. If it is on this page, it works.
WAC Basketball Leagues
A league site for the Washington Athletic Club: standings, schedules and stats, with a hand-drawn 8-bit fast break as the intro. Three self-hosted variable faces, no downloaded artwork, and the whole thing served from the edge.
VISIT →The Surf
A breaking wave built from a cross-section library rather than a heightfield, a rider who gets barrelled, six tricks, and a photoreal or 1-bit riso look on a switch.
Bananagrams Online
Four players, live rooms, standing tables that remember who wins. Tile draws are atomic by construction, and the whole thing was chaos-tested before anyone played it.
Matcha-chan
A ten-scene 8-bit cartoon that makes a real bowl of matcha, leaf to foam, and a one-button game of the same ten steps. Every pixel generated in code — no sprite sheets, no image files.
The 3D shelf
Mancala, Chess and Doodle Jump. Pure rules engines under three.js scenes, no downloaded assets, each proven headless before it was ever seen.
untetheredchaos.dev
Four Cloudflare Workers on one domain, a code-built loading sequence, and a route harness that asserts on what a page actually says rather than on a status code.
The Arcade
Five verbs, five sketches: skydive, grapple, channel, pinball, surf. Unfinished on purpose — this is where things get tried.
Your project
This grid is where the things we make for people land. Bring one real problem and we will start there.
